Hi I'm Victoria, I'm an Autism Mentor & Family Support Advisor with over 10 years of experience working within SEN, and a background supporting families through an autism charity. I understand both the challenges and the strengths that come with navigating neurodivergence within a family.

I work directly with autistic children, young people and adults through mentoring, identity-focused and neuro-affirming support, and low-demand relational approaches. I also support parents and carers to understand their child’s profile, advocate confidently and navigate education with clarity.

Alongside my independent work, I also work as an SEN Mentor for the Local Authority as part of an EOTAS (Education Other Than at School) package.

I am a parent to an amazing autistic son who experienced multiple barriers in education and was home educated for over three years due to autistic burnout. He is now thriving in college. I am also neurodivergent myself. This allows me to bring not only professional insight but also lived experience, empathy and authenticity to my work.

My approach is grounded in understanding, compassion and patience, with a focus on building self-awareness, regulation, confidence and wellbeing. I hold a complete SEND diploma, a Level 2 Counselling Skills certificate and a range of CPD certifications relating to autism, SEN, trauma and mental health. I am committed to continued professional neuro-affirming development.

My work is centred on empowering families and individuals, enabling them to live authentic, happy and fulfilled lives. I aim to provide tailored guidance, practical strategies, and emotional support, ensuring that everyone I work with feels understood and supported to thrive.
